Bubal Investments Limited was founded on 1st March 2005. It started as a supplier of office stationery and printing accessories. Within the span of a few years, the company grew into a provider of engineering and construction services. Bubal Investments was subsequently incorporated and registered in Kenya under Companies Act (Cap 486) as a limited liability company on 26th July, 2012 and issued with certificate no.2012/79742. It is also licensed by the Government of the Federal Republic of Somalia as class “A” contractor for building and civil works. Bubal Investments Limited is tax compliant both in Kenya and Somalia. Since its establishment in 2005, Bubal Investments = Limited has been helping its various clients to realize their project goals and objectives by ensuring quality and timeliness through operational efficiency, modern management techniques, and continuous improvement. The company achieves this through a focused approach, which involves forging strong partnerships with client organizations. Since its inception, Bubal Investments Limited has been privileged to undertake major projects for wide range of organizations including the various United Nations agencies, Adam Smith International, and Somalia Stability Fund (SSF), which is an EU-led consortium of donors. Our primary lines of business are engineering services, construction, supply of goods and services, and general contracting in the Eastern Africa region.
