Bubal Investments Limited was founded on 1st March 2005. It started as a supplier of office stationery and printing accessories. Within the span of a few years, the company grew into a provider of engineering and construction services. Bubal Investments was subsequently incorporated and registered in Kenya under Companies Act (Cap 486) as a limited liability company on 26th July, 2012 and issued with certificate no.2012/79742. It is also licensed by the Government of the Federal Republic of Somalia as class “A” contractor for building and civil works. Bubal Investments Limited is tax compliant both in Kenya and Somalia.
